The University of Medicine and Pharmaceutical Sciences of Craiova offers undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs across various specialties, striking a balance between educational and scientific research aspects.
At the same time, the University of Medicine and Pharmaceutical Sciences of Craiova plays a central role in healthcare within the historic Oltenia region.
One of the key initiatives the University of Medicine and Pharmaceutical Sciences proposes for the future is the development, diversification, and support of all forms of postgraduate training, including e-learning (residency, master's, doctoral, continuing education, knowledge renewal, and skills acquisition courses), and strives to ensure a suitable environment for resident training in as many accredited specialties as possible.

1. Consent Form Regarding the Processing of Personal Information (with handwritten signature)
2. Application Form for Issuance of Admission Certificate (with required information filled in, dated, handwritten signature, and photograph attached)

3. Statement of Purpose (maximum 400 words, dated and handwritten signature)
4. Certificate of English Proficiency (issued within the last two years)
- Issued by an accredited institution, English level B2 or higher, one color scan of the original

5. High School Diploma or Equivalent Certificate

6. High School Academic Transcripts for Each Grade

- One copy of a Romanian translation (notarized)
Depending on the issuing country, the academic transcript requires the following authentication:
• Hague Apostille authentication
or
• Authentication by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing country
• Authentication by the Romanian Embassy/Consulate in the issuing country
7. Birth Certificate
— One color scan of the original

8. For minors, a consent form for studying in Romania from a parent or guardian
9. Marriage certificate or document proving name change (if applicable)

10. Passport issued by a country other than an EU member state

What are the steps involved in applying to and taking the entrance exam for university?
1. Contact Us Reservation for the information session
Please fill out the inquiry form with information such as your age, gender, high school grade (or graduation year), high school transcript, subjects you studied in high school, and English test scores (if applicable), and send it to us.
2. Online Information Session
Upon receiving your inquiry form, we will contact you to schedule an online information session. During the session, we will explain the characteristics of the Romanian Faculty of Medicine, the required application documents, and answer any questions you may have. We will have a thorough discussion.
3. Please choose one of our services.
After thorough discussion, you will decide which medical schools you will apply to. You will then select a package of application support and preparation courses (you can also choose to only apply). You will sign the selected support agreement and return it to us via email. Payment can be made by bank transfer or online.
4. Entrance Exam Preparation and Application
You should begin the application process and enroll in an entrance exam preparation course (some universities also conduct entrance exams in English or science) according to the application deadlines and exam dates of the universities you wish to apply to (or multiple universities if applying to several).
