Early Entrance Examination Guidelines for September 2025 Admission
Application Period: May 9th - May 27th, 2025
Interview: June 2nd - June 6th, 2025
Announcement of Results: June 12th, 2025
Early entrance examination applications will be accepted starting May 9th.
Early admission applications begin March 1st.
Medical education in Târgu Mureș began in 1945 as part of the Faculty of Medicine within the University of Babes Bóliaí in Cluj-Napoca. Following the establishment of this new university, Decree No. 407/1945 stipulated that the faculties of linguistics, philosophy, law and economics, and natural sciences would begin operations in Cluj, while the Faculty of Medicine moved to Târgu Mureș.

English Course Enrollment Capacity: Approximately 160 students

Required Documents
1) Application Form
2) Submission of an international English proficiency certificate is optional. An essay and interview will be required.
3) A letter of recommendation signed by the high school principal is required.
4) Request for issuance of an admission letter.
5) High school graduation certificate, translated into Romanian by a certified translator and notarized.
6) High school transcript (biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, science, etc.), translated into Romanian by a certified translator and notarized.
7) Birth certificate (family register extract), translated into Romanian by a certified translator and notarized.
8) Volunteer activity certificate, if possible.
9) Copy of passport, valid for at least 6 months.
10) Passport-sized photograph.
11) Proof of payment of the document processing fee of 200 euros to a designated bank account.
Document submission period: Early submission is accepted.
Annual tuition fee: 10,000 euros (2025 academic year)
What are the steps involved in applying to and taking the entrance exam for university?
1. Contact Us Reservation for the information session
Please fill out the inquiry form with information such as your age, gender, high school grade (or graduation year), high school transcript, subjects you studied in high school, and English test scores (if applicable), and send it to us.
2. Online Information Session
Upon receiving your inquiry form, we will contact you to schedule an online information session. During the session, we will explain the characteristics of the Romanian Faculty of Medicine, the required application documents, and answer any questions you may have. We will have a thorough discussion.
3. Please choose one of our services.
After thorough discussion, you will decide which medical schools you will apply to. You will then select a package of application support and preparation courses (you can also choose to only apply). You will sign the selected support agreement and return it to us via email. Payment can be made by bank transfer or online.
4. Entrance Exam Preparation and Application
You should begin the application process and enroll in an entrance exam preparation course (some universities also conduct entrance exams in English or science) according to the application deadlines and exam dates of the universities you wish to apply to (or multiple universities if applying to several).
